He has worked with leading companies such as Reliance Retail, Mapro Foods and Patanjali Ayurved Limited.

Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar is Vice President at Pittie Group. An experienced HR Professional with qualitative experience in talent acquisition, Rahul started his career a catalyst to hire talent for Etihad and Jet Airways. He has his own HR agency which provides staff across industries in India. Recognized by business world to be amongst the top 40 HR leaders under the age of 40, Rahul holds an MBA in International Business from National Business of Management. He currently heads the Human Resources department where he leads the HR function across all verticals.

Mr. Neeraj Khandelwal is designated as Senior Vice President at Pittie Group. Neeraj is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of diverse industry across leading organizations. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has also completed an executive Management Program from IIM Indore, equipping him with strong strategic and financial acumen.

Mr. Vijay Pawar is Vice President for Purchase Division (Consumer) at Pittie Group. He is a veteran with extensive experience of 29 years in Purchase & Sourcing in Brown & Green Field Operations and has worked in diverse key industries like Automobile, Heavy Engineering, Oil and Gas, Personal Care. Vijay Pawar is a certified Purchase and Supply Chain Management professional with MBA operation and BE Production from reputed institutes. He has contributed to success of industry leaders like Mahindra Group, Reliance, Ingersoll Rand, Cotton Greaves, Allana Group and Tyco Thermal. He currently handles purchasing of raw material, packaging and outsourcing of SFG & FG at Pittie Group.

Mr. Tapas Senapati serves as Associate Vice President for Pittie Group, spearheading the Research & Development across the brands of Pittie Consumer. An alumnus from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur, Tapas Senapati holds an MSC degree and PHD. With 20 years of vast experience, Tapas has successfully led diverse functions including R&D, NPD, technology transfer, consumer insights, quality assurance and team management function. He has also been associated with companies such as Unilever, Dabur and Emami Group. At Pittie Group, Tapas continues to shape future-forward innovations that resonate with consumers.

Mr. Jai Bhagchandani is Senior General Manager (Internal Audit) at Pittie Group. Jai is a seasoned audit professional with over 12 years of experience spanning internal audit, risk management, credit control, reporting, documentation, data analysis, governance, and compliance. ​
His professional journey includes impactful tenures at renowned organizations such as Protiviti India Member Pvt. Ltd, Circle Health PLC (UK), Novotel Hotels, Hilton Hotels & IHCL. An alumnus of Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, Jai holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management and MBA in finance from University of Wales. ​ At Pittie Group, Jai works in close partnership with leadership teams to enable data-driven decision-making while ensuring adherence to the highest standardsof corporate governance. 

Mr. Sami Shaikh leads product strategy at Pittie Group as Senior Associate Vice President. With rich experience of over 10 years in home care and D2C platforms from roles at Reliance Retail, Future Consumer Ltd and Jyothy Laboratories, he brings strong expertise in go-to-market planning, consumer insights, and product management. An alumnus from IIM (Kolkata), he is specialized in APMP, Marketing.

Anupriya Shetty joins IN10 Media as Head of Marketing and Communications. She is a seasoned brand leader with an impressive 20+ years of experience in Advertising, Brand Marketing and Media & Entertainment in organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, P&G, Leo Burnett, and Amazon MX Player, where she has consistently demonstrated her prowess in crafting innovative, consumer-centric marketing strategies that drove significant brand visibility and growth. At Pittie Group, Anupriya will oversee and head the marketing strategy across brands and sub brands, with a focus on strengthening the brand presence across the board. Her expertise in building impactful brand strategies, coupled with her diverse experience, will be crucial in driving our growth.

Mr. OmPrakash Gupta is Associate Vice President at Pittie Group. With over two decades of rich experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Auditing, OmPrakash has consistently driven improvements in productivity, systems and procedures in FMCG sector. He has been associated with top companies like HUL, Coca-Cola, Reliance Retail and Zydus Wellness.

Mr. Sunil Shahu plays a key role as Associate Vice President for Logistics Division at Pittie Group, managing transportation operations, overseeing negotiation and finalization of deals with a focus on appointing cost-effective transporters. A focused leader with 13 years of experience, Sunil has been associated with companies like Nittsu Logistics India Pvt Ltd, Parekh Integrated Services Pvt Ltd and Ecom Express Limited. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from R.J. College and an MBA from Mumbai University. From actively coordinating with the Planning, Warehouse & Sales Teams to ensuring smooth upcountry supply his role includes analysing vehicle utilization in terms of capacity and cost-efficiency.

Mr. Jigar Pandya is designated as Associate Vice President – International Export & Business Development. A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in industries ranging from FMCG & FMCD, Jigar has a strong expertise in export, sales and marketing. He has been associated with leading companies such as Princeware International, Satvam Nutrifoods Ltd & Wagh Bakri Tea Group. ​

Mr. Viral Ponda works as General Manager at Pittie Group, spearheading product development for cleaning tools. He has over 15 years of vast expertise in product design, prototyping, tooling & manufacturing. His career spans key roles at prestigious companies such as Hamilton Housewares, IGate and Ilensys. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Patent Law & Practices from NMIMS University.

Mr. R. Srinivasa Gopalan is currently designated as Assistant General Manager in Home Care at Pittie Group. He has over two decades of rich experience in the FMCG industry. R. Srinivasa Gopalan has worked in leading companies like Unilever, RJ Corp, AquaPharm, and also contributed as a faculty member at Course Hero. A specialist in home care product development, Mr. Gopalan has spearheaded innovations across categories, including detergent powders, liquids, bars, toilet cleaners, dishwash liquids, and dishwash bars. R. Srinivasa Gopalan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research in Bangalore. Presently, R. Srinivasa Gopalan is currently leading the new product development for the home care division at Pittie Group 

Dr. Anuradha Pol is presently designated as Assistant General Manager (R & D) for Personal Care segment at Pittie Group. Anuradha has versatile experience of over 11 years in research and development of beauty and wellbeing products. Her deep knowledge in formulation development has contributed to bring cutting edge beauty and well-being products to global markets. In her professional tenure, she has worked with leading companies like Unilever, L’Oreal and Marico. She completed her Masters in Pharmaceutics from Bombay College of Pharmacy and her Ph.D. (Tech) from Institute of Chemical Technology. At Pittie Group, Anuradha is leading the NPD and Research for Personal Care category. Besides her work, her hobbies are photography and watching critically acclaimed documentaries.

Mr. Puneet Gandhi is currently designated as Associate Vice President for product and strategy at Pittie Group.   Puneet is a qualified professional with over 13 years of experience in new and existing product development. He has contributed in product development and enhancement of some of known brands which include Dettol, Mortein and Strepsils. He has worked with leading companies like R & D Associate Health Care, Johnson & Johnson and Reckitt. ​

Nishita has over 12 years of experience in legal domain which includes contract management, property, legal metrology, food safety, trademarks, litigations and compliances. Nishita has previously worked with reputed organizations such as Mr. D.I.Y, Nature’s Basket, Liberty Oil Mills and Godrej Agrovet. Nishita holds a graduate degree in law from Mumbai University. At Pittie Group, Nishita plays a key role in ensuring legal robustness, risk mitigation and operational compliance across critical business functions.
